Human Resources Officer / Assistant Human Resources Officer

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work with a team of HR professionals to handle human resources functions including recruitment & selection, employee relations and various HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full range of recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, arranging job offers and on-boarding procedures

  • Execute recruitment projects including campus recruitment talks, campus interview and job fairs

  • Prepare HR reports such as staff turnover analysis and recruitment status

  • Participate in HR-related projects as assigned

  • Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision

  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

Requirements:

  • University graduate

  • At least 3 years of HR experience

  • Must have solid experience in handling recruitment and conducting interview 

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectation

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
