Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent leading professional accountants institutes
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience for Senior Manager and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience for Principal
Proficient in assurance standards and financial reporting regulatory environment in Hong Kong
Solid experience in quality assurance review is a definite advantage
Experience in delivering professional and technical training is a plus
Held senior position in sizable professional accounting firm or regulatory organisation of the accounting profession
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to understand and assess significant volumes of information quickly and identify potential auditing concern.
Good interpretation and communication skills, able to explain assurance and auditing issues clearly
Excellent command of writing, conversation and presentation skills both in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
