Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To perform full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development and maintain staff record etc. 
  • Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively
  • Generate and prepare related HR reports for the management reviews
  • Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years solid working experience in a full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and other related regulations
  • Independent and confident to work with regional teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with strong multi-tasking skills and flexible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS, HRone experience is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
