As a Planning Assistant, your primary role will be to work closely with production and planning team on product information creation in system for sales order entry. All information must be accurate and on time to support business requirements as well as financial analysis on product categories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Production knowledge training will be arranged by site planners.
· Responsible to all Bemis entities new production information creation.
· Work closely with production and planning team to ensure product information creation in system is correct and on time.
· Support planning team as flexible as possible.
· Communicating effectively with a variety of departments within Bemis and Asia site entities.

Qualifications and Skills Required
· Bachelor’s Ideal but not required.
· 1 years of experience in sales support or customer services. preferably in garment-related industry.
· Able to read & write & speak English & Chinese
· Expertise in MS Word, Excel (including Excel pivot tables)
· Must be able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as work independently.
