Duty Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure smooth daily operating of the Front Office
  • Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times
  • Handle and report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to the management
  • Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel polices and procedure
  • Respond to any ad-hoc requests from senior management

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Strong leadership and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
