Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness, market presence, and customer engagement.

• Identify and develop business partnerships, brand collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities.

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing events, promotional activities, brand activations, and roadshows with full PR support.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and brand alignment.

• Prepare partnership proposals, press kits, event concepts, and promotional materials.

• Manage project timelines, campaign budgets and post-campaign evaluation.

• Draft, edit, and publish high-quality PR and content materials, including press releases, website articles and brand stories etc.

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with media, key influencers (KOLs) for product seeding, or event coverage.

• Explore new marketing opportunities and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Experience in partnership development, event management or brand activation is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.

• Proactive, creative and able to work independently.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Retail, FMCG or consumer-related experience is an advantage.
