Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Ladies’ wear
• Responsible for all-rounded design functions from sourcing and selecting of fabric and trims, tech pack with sketches for sampling;
• Conduct market research for local and overseas markets to analyze and identify new trends of fabric and techniques, stimulate design inspiration;  
• Drive design and brand directions to meet business and marketing objectives;
• Collaborate with buying and production teams throughout the development process;
• Conduct seasonal design presentations.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years experience in embroidery products, beading in related product category;
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills;
• Familiar with product development of ladies' wear in manufacturing;
• Skillful in embroideries and glitter patches is advantage;
• Proficient in computer design programs (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and etc.);
• Possess strong high fashion sense, stylish and pleasant personality;
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative, good design sense with ability to work independently;
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
