Admin Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for IT Department
  • Coordinate meeting
  • Liaise with external and internal parties
  • Follow-up project progress and update schedule
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system
  • Assist in ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Fresh graduate welcome
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Independent, responsible and communication skills
  • Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel
  • At least 2 years clerical working experience
