Job Description

• Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material usage adhered to the set target by carrying out site supervision.
• Supervise sub-contract or direct works, and making proposals for improvements in time and cost control.
• Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Assist in formulating construction plan and methods.
• Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submissions to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget.
• Assist in carrying out safety and environmental control.
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related disciplines
• at least 1 year site construction work experience
• Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator or Project Coordinator
