PUBLICITY DESIGN EXECUTIVE (RE) / GRAPFIC DESIGNER
Job description:

Responsibilities
  • To generate creative concepts for the design of promotional and informational materials (including but not limited to poster, newsletters, pamphlets, leaflets, advertisements, banners, logos, exhibition booths, display panels, mascots, backdrops, event programmes, souvenirs) for Tung Chung New Town Extension (TCNTE) development construction projects, as well as other development projects and conservation initiatives as assigned;
  • To develop illustrations, logos and other design materials using software, Artificial intelligence (AI) tools including those in Open Sources or by hand as required;
  • To prepare design materials and produce various forms of audiovisual content, including filming publicity and public relations events, promotion videos and reels, and providing photography and videography services for the public relations activities for TCNTE development construction projects, as well as other projects and conservation initiatives as assigned;
  • To retouch images, photos and videos as provided;
  • To prepare and arrange for the procurement of publicity materials;
  • To communicate effectively with project teams to understand their needs and provide tailored design solution;
  • To stay updated with the latest design trends and technological advancements in the field of publicity and promotion; and
  • To perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervising officers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design or other related disciplines AND at least 5 years' relevant full-time experience in graphic design work; Or Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in design or other related disciplines AND at least 7 years' relevant full-time experience in graphic design work;
  • Proficient in computer and hand-drawn graphic, strong knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and the like;
  • Good knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools ;
  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese; and
  • Strong communication skills and editorial experience.
