Assistant Manager (Test Package)

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate activities concerning technical services. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, providing direction to laboratory personnel.
Provide training, guidelines and technical consultation services and interpret results to users.
Conduct necessary centralized technical training to the network.
Carry out on-site technical audit.
Conduct report audit. Create necessary laboratory performance data and resolution provided to the laboratory.
Support technical review of client program manuals and protocols.
Analyze industry research and development on best practices and benchmarking with regard to technical testing standard and assessment system for product testing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations/ industry standards and products to be tested.
Provide technical assistance and operating support to other divisions/departments as needed; collaborate with the division/department managers in determining project priorities to establish work schedules and personnel assignments.

Job Requirements:

University degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
With substantial operational and management knowledge and experience in laboratory industry.
Familiar with various testing method development tools
Proven success in analyzing situations and developing strategies
Strong interpersonal and communications skills with management, business partners, clients and staff members.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferable
