Responsibilities:

• Provide client’s inspection execution such as data input, data maintenance and prepare inspection summaries, data analytics etc.
• Coordinate with client’s internal business units and offices
• Identify risks and assumptions in plans, anticipate problems and plan for contingencies with internal parties.
• Follow up enquiries, complaints and outstanding issues among lines of business within client’s office
• Handle in/out samples and packing
• Assist in administrative duties and ad hoc tasks from program manager or client

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Textile, Clothing or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Data Management and Excel application  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Working location: Client’s office
