We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Brokerage Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our insurance brokerage services

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the local insurance market, develop and maintain the insurance business of the company and complete various insurance business operation targets assigned by the company;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals to expand our network and business opportunities.
• Possess an excellent network of business partners, including banks and insurance companies, to facilitate collaboration and drive growth.
• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, risk assessments, and claims management related to construction projects.
• Recommend and introduce outstanding talents to the company, help to cultivate the company's group insurance business elites;
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management or related fields is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, with a solid background on contractors’ all risk will be an advantage
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a solid network of clients, industry contacts, banks, and insurance companies.
• Strong business sense, system construction ability, and project implementation experience
• Familiar with insurance industry, customer relationship management and other related fields of knowledge
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset to assess client needs, evaluate risks, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
