Personal Assistant/Secretary to Executives (Head Office) (Ref: MGT/PA/021/23)

Job Duties:

  • Provide full range of professional and high-quality administrative and secretarial support on business and personal affairs for executives
  • Liaise and manage schedules/appointments/events with internal/external parties for executives
  • Assist executives to manage projects, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Prepare professional business correspondence, including reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information and exercise proper document management
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Occasional travel may be required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-10 years of solid working experience as a PA to senior executives, preferably from construction industry
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated with superb interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and flexibility to changes
  • Detail-oriented, able to work with tight deadline
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English, fluency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
