Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the business system (e.g. Sharepoint, Power Platform, SAP) from requirements gathering, analyzing to delivering
Work closely with stakeholders defining and analyzing business workflows in order to design the best system architecture for improving business & operation effectiveness
Facilitate in-house system integration/ migration through customization
Support UAT and system implementation; ensure smooth system operation and provide on-going user and application support
Prepare the user manual, training documentation & materials; provide tailored training program to users
Develop detailed documentation for system enhancement and continuous improvement
Assist on ad hoc projects as required

Job requirements:

Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
At least 5 years of implementation experience for ERP or in-house system
Solid experience in Epicor ERP is required, experience in construction industry is a plus
Proficient in C#, SQL, .NET languages and MS SQL database
Hands-on experience covering software architecture, design, documentation, testing, implementation, UAT & support and on-going enhancement
High sense of accountability, task driven and able to deliver projects against deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Dynamic and flexible, adapt to changes with good problem solving and people skills
Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
May need to work at project sites occasionally
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
