A Multinational NVOCC is looking for high calibre staff to join our team
ACCOUNT CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Handle AR/AP local and overseas agents settlement.
  • Daily cheque issue.
  • Prepare journal voucher.
  • Prepare petty cash voucher.
  • Monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Handle general expenses data entry and monthly payment.
  • Create customer code and monitor customer maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly statement to overseas agent & local customers.
  • Filing
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • F.5 or above.
  • LCC Elementary or Intermediate Level in Accounting.
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting/in Freight Forwarding Co.
  • Computer skills in MS Word & Excel
  • Able to work independently and responsible
  • Immediate available
