A Multinational NVOCC is looking for high calibre staff to join our team
CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • F.6 above or Diploma qualification.
  • At least 2 years of customer Service/Sales Coordinator experience in sea freight forwarding.
  • Full knowledge on import or export consolidation market.
  • Responsible and able to offer high quality of services to clients.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin is required.
  • Excellent communications/presentation skills.
  • Maintain and follow up of sales orders
  • High accuracy of order processing and meeting the compliance requirement.
  • Maintain good documentation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
