Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase orders, PO payment requests, and supplier management process, and ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures
• Oversee the entire procurement process, track progress, manage timelines, identify risks and provide solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective procurement plans, streamline supplier selection and support decision making processes
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and report preparation to management when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management or relevant disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, buying or project management, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience in procurement.
• Knowledge in sourcing and procurement of corporate services or research and development (R&D) products/services
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills; good interpersonal skills
• Excellent in MS Office and ERP systems
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and
