IT Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both enterprise applications and infrastructure operation

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Salesforce, CRM) with a strong focus on system analysis and solution delivery

  • Act as a hands-on solution lead, analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions, including AI solutions

  • Drive system design, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure robust and scalable application performance

  • Lead system integration initiatives with third-party and 3PL systems via API/EDI

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through system capabilities and automation

  • Collaborate with users, internal and regional IT teams, and vendors to deliver practical and technically sound solutions

  • Guide the team through requirement analysis, UAT, deployment, and support, while remaining actively involved in key system design and technical decisions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise Information Systems, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on system analysis, solution design, and application implementation

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience

  • Experience in sizable or enterprise environments

  • Proven hands-on experience in enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/Dynamics),  system integration (API/EDI) and AI solutions

  • Solid experience in translating business requirements into system specifications and technical solutions

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and able to contribute to both analysis and delivery activities

  • Solid knowledge or hands-on experience in infrastructure fields such as Hyper-V virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, and Azure will be an advantage

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
