Service Engineer – Corporate Service

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier onsite technical support to corporate customers to address their immediate needs effectively.

  • Conduct pre-installation, installation, hardware break-fix, and system software troubleshooting for Corporate Printers to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Meet Service KPIs while fostering and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Other field service support duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines

  • 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in field service support

  • Sound knowledge of IT skills and software engineering will be an advantage

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with positive mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
