Job Description
1、 Prepare the initial budgets and cost plans based on design.
2、 Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), Prequalification and other tender documents.
3、 Contract Negotiation which is about the contract terms of conditions, exclusion works and payment method.
4、 Regularly monitor job expenditure, forecast cash flow and variation works status and confirmation by the client and consultants.
5、 Manage variations, claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
6、 Risk Managements on identification, analysis, and develop responses to commercial risks, report the contract issues to legal department when any disputes will be incurred.
7、 Cooperate with project manager / department manager to settle the final Accounts when the project completion.
8、 Review the insurance such as professional indemnity, Employees compensation insurance and third-party liability , joint name insurance with customers, discuss the contract insurance between Carrier ad Broker.
Required Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
2、 5+ years of relevant working experience in commercial management, contract administration or cost control in construction / MEP engineering industry ( E&M)
3、 Familiar with Bill of Quantities (BQ), tendering procedures, contract terms, variation and claims management
4、 Strong capability in cost analysis, budgeting and final account settlement;
Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication, coordination, stress tolerance and teamwork skills
