Senior Engineer-HVAC system

1. Role Purpose

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent engagement and service excellence

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to support business expansion

  • Contribute to revenue growth through technical solutions and customer satisfaction

  • Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency through process improvements

  • Act as a technical expert in field service operations and customer support


2. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenders, quotations, and technical proposals

  • Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, renovation, and A&A (Alteration & Addition) works

  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and frontline staff to ensure smooth site operations

  • Perform on-site services including equipment servicing, upgrades, and troubleshooting

  • Conduct technical analysis and implement product enhancements based on customer specifications

  • Communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution

  • Recommend system improvements and ensure clients are informed of service status and options


3. Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in fitting-out and A&A works

  • Strong knowledge of building services installation and statutory regulations

  • Agile team player with solid project management and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD
