HR & Administration Assistant (Fanling)

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain the filing system and HR system updating;
  • Responsible for the recruitment process and activities (i.e. job posting, internship program, interview arrangements, on boarding);
  • Explore and maintain different social media, job fair, recruitment day and recruitment channels;
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions & duties;
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team;
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & administrative work would be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
  • Independent & Detail-minded
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
