Production Coordinator

職責

  • 根據生產計劃協助生產部發出工單給生產前線同事
  • 與生產同事確認成品數量、記錄退倉貨品和報廢數量，在系統中進行結算並完成工單
  • 協助前線生產部員工處理假期事宜
  • 協助採購一般用品及與少部份生產物資 (須懂操作各大網購平台如淘寶、HKTVMALL)
  • 處理日常行政工作 (包括資料輸入、文件存檔及整理、影印， 補充文具及影印紙等)
  • 支援辦公室設施相關服務，例如接待處服務、會議室傢俱及電腦設置
  • 有需要時執行公司指派其他工作

要求

  • 工作時間：週一至五，上午9時15分至下午6時15分（每週工作五天，銀行假期）
  • 中五程度或以上
  • 具備兩年以上相關工作經驗，有採購或生產工作經驗優先
  • 有責任心，守時有禮，穩定可靠，具備良好的團隊合作精神
  • 願意學習處理新事物
  • 簡單電腦應用，熟悉MS Office（如Excel、Word）
