As the Organisation Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the design and innovation of our learning and culture programmes. You will be adept to making data-driven decision, translating insights into actionable strategies and lead the team in building a smooth operational model for implementation. You will be the key strategic owner of initiatives and play a pivotal role in creating a thriving and growth-oriented workplace for our people.
Leverage your experience in full cycle learning strategies development and you will be enabling a distinctive “Cathay Way” in team leadership and communication across the organization, ultimately building solid engagement and satisfaction amongst both our customers and our people.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct organisational diagnostics, employee feedback analysis, and culture assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, lead efforts to evolve the cultural agenda
Develop and implement strategies that strengthen organisational culture in alignment with company values and strategic priorities
Partner with senior leaders to embed desired behaviours and mindsets across all levels of the organisation, act as the strategic learning partners to specific BUs and regions, and overseeing Assistant Manager’s scope in this regard
Champion a culture of continuous learning by designing and promoting initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing, reflection, and growth
Ensure initiatives are innovative, inclusive, and responsive to evolving organisational needs
Lead cross-functional projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement plans
Apply change management principles to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of culture initiatives
Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in organisational culture and development
Maintain at least 1 session of facilitation per month, ensuring high participant satisfaction and engagement
Deputise Head of Cathay Academy - Leadership & Organisation Development when required
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Education or any related discipline
Minimum of 8 years’ of working experience
Subject matter expertise in specific curriculum
Capability to structure and organise the curriculum and collaborate effectively with design and delivery teams across Cathay Academy
Solid knowledge of learning methodologies and leadership content with reference to the outside world, pedagogy and technology
Strong facilitator to senior-level audiences
Team leadership experience is a must
