Job Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager to supervise the on-site facilities management team and service contractors to oversee the day-to-day operation in repairing and maintenance, cleaning and security services of a sizable educational institution campus

• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients

• Coordinate the procurement of services, materials and equipment, and monitor the day-to-day operation for property management, technical services and security

• Supervise the repair and maintenance works, improvement projects, and also assist in property handover and takeover

• Ensure compliance of internal procedures, client and legal requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines, etc.

• Prepare management budget and cost control documentation

• Assist in staff performance monitoring

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Estate or Building Surveying, Facilities or Property Management, or other relevant discipline issued by a reputable institution

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experiences in property management for non-residential developments

• Previous working experiences in management student hostels will be an advantage

• Holder of a PMP (Tier 1)/ (Tier 2) license under the Property Management Service Authority (PMSA) is necessary

• Holder of "Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate" recognized by the Labour Department will be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Good written English in FM operation related documents
