Data Center Project Manager (18-24 months)

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects across Hong Kong. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee contractors and consultants, control budgets and schedules. Experience delivering data center, critical facilities, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Lead project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive project delivery within data center and critical environments.
  • Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of critical systems such as power, cooling, UPS, and related infrastructure is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
