Facilities Manager (Investment Banking, 5 days)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise a small team to provide administrative & FM services to banking client

  • Manage all office administration functions, including reception, supplies, and vendor management.

  • Oversee facilities operations: maintenance, repairs, space planning, and compliance with health & safety standards.

  • Coordinate and manage office renovation projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Develop and implement policies for office and facility management.

  • Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.

  • Coordinate office moves and workplace improvements.

  • Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities and administration.

  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related fields.

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant in office administration and facilities management. Preferably in a multinational company and banking industry.

  • Experience in managing office renovation work is an advantage

  • Strong in financial management and client reporting

  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Hospitality mindset and focus in the workplace experience

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
