JOB SUMMARY
As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple clients or departments with the development and execution of complex sourcing and procurement strategies.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
Job Requirements
Lead saving program to support business’s margin improvement.
Lead and support for major bids to enhance the Procurement value proposition.
Lead and create supplier event to partner with client to promote Partnership Excellence program.
Work with business stakeholders, operational, global shared services team members and executive sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local levels.
Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain high spend contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of large quantities of goods and services.
Oversee the process of high spend contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals.
Support and lead implementation of internal procurement tools/systems to ensure alignment with global standard
Lead Partner Excellence Program – Preferred supplier: selection, contracting and escalation.
Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them.
Act as a key point of contact for utilization management and coordination with outside procurement solutions.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree and above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or related discipline
Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on Procurement experience in large MNCs or sizable companies
With Procurement experience in Facilities Management/Property Management will be an advantage
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
