Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Support senior management in developing strategic proposals, define project requirements, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans; allocate resources effectively and oversee project pipelines for operational efficiency.
Collaborate with landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; manage procurement, tender processes, and vendor relationships.
Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and design specifications; manage project handover, documentation, and post-project reviews.
Independently oversee residential renovation projects, including masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting works.
Supervise progress and workmanship, ensure compliance with safety standards, and plan workflows and manpower allocation for maximum efficiency.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Inspect materials and craftsmanship to meet standards, prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates, and deliver detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Higher Diploma and above in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of Project Management or other related experience. Less experience can be considered as Project Manager.
Proven experience in Building Services Engineering, Sustainability or related field is preferred.
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary project(s) from inception, completion and handover including claims and EOT assessment, etc.
Strong client relationship management skills and business development experience. Less qualified can be considered as Project Manager.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, self-driven and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
