Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous manner

• Handle inquiries from visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel

• manage visitor appointments and ensure efficient use of meeting rooms and facilities 

• Handle incoming messages, calls and emails, ensuring accurate communication of information

• Assist with office facilities tasks as assigned

• Other duties may be assigned.

 
Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in sizeable companies. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Experience in a corporate reception or five-star hotel environment is an advantage

• Customer-oriented, cheerful, and energetic, with good communication & interpersonal skills

• Fast learner, open mind, motivated with passion and curiosity to learn

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
