Job responsibilities:

1. Assists the supervisor in implementation of marketing functions:

   • Marketing plan execution

   • Promotional materials production / Advertising and printing follow up

   • Collection and utilization of email database for promotion

   • Assist in exhibition, press conference & seminar organizing
     

2. Collects market information
   

3. Providing clerical and administrative support to Marketing Department
   

4. Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
   

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related discipline would be preferred
  

• Knowledge in Copywriting skills and social media and digital communication tools advertising skills
  

• Familiar with Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or equivalent) is highly preferred
  

• Creative and fast player
  

• Good command of English and Cantonese
  

• Able to work 16 hours per week (2 full days or 4 half days)
