Responsibilities:

• Review and provide professional advice on tenancy agreements, leasing documents, quotations or related matters

• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports

• Liaise with internal and external parties for tenancy management

• Other ad-hoc duties as required
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• 2-5 years’ relevant working experience

• Able to work independently, prioritize work and manage multiple processes

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Willing to work outdoor and patient

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
