Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the studio designer, to develop engaging narratives and copy for digital marketing channels, creating persuasive and impactful content for digital advertising, social media, CRM, and SEM campaigns in both Chinese and English, tailored to audiences in Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Ensure all consumer-facing communications are appealing, culturally relevant, conversion-driven, and adapt to platform-specific algorithms, ensuring maximized lead generation in the digital scene
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and business units to align communications with broader business goals
• Stay ahead of market news, consumer trends, the digital media landscape, and emerging social media platforms, integrating relevant developments into content and campaigns to maintain a competitive edge
• Monitor competitor activities and property market updates, identifying opportunities to position Centaline Property as an industry leader

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance / real estate industry editorial and content creation, with extensive experience in conceptualizing, creating, and executing digital content across social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, and Facebook), websites, and other marketing channels 
• Experience in social video ideation, production and editing
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry in Hong Kong, including market trends and customer behavior
• Deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China 
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Knowledge in design and editing software such as Canva and other social video  editing tool
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent writing and communication skills in all three languages
