Headquarters situates in heart of Central with nearly 5000 sq. ft with advanced equipment and total treatment bed over 50 units. Our mission is to provide top notched physiotherapy, wellness services and corporate events. We invite you to join our rapidly growing business for establish more clinics in soon future.
Operation Coordinator / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties including arranging appointment, cashiering and answering enquiries
  • Support clinic operations and contribute to our efficient work environment
  • Handle general administration duties and assist in development of new scope of services

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Positive, friendly, attentive and Self-motivated
  • Candidate with relevant working experience is preferable
  • Experience in handling insurance medical card, clinic software, booking system and MS office
  • Good communication skills on both English and Chinese

Salary & Benefits:

  •  Basic $17000 to $25000 (depends on experience)
  •  Bonus scheme may be applicable
  •  Bank Holidays and whole package of staff benefits
  •  Free medical & beauty benefits with dental care and annual free body check-up
  •  On-the-job training would be provided
