Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties including arranging appointments, cashiering and answering enquiries
  • Support clinic operations and contribute to our efficient work environment
  • Handle general administration duties and assist in development of new scope of services
  • Provide professional training to staff

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Positive, friendly, attentive and Self-motivated
  • Candidate with relevant working experience is preferable
  • Experience in handling insurance medical card, clinic software, booking system and MS office
  • Good communication skills on both English and Chinese

Salary & Benefits:

  •  Basic $28000 to $32000 (depends on experience)
  •  Bonus scheme may be applicable
