Company Secretarial Officer
  • University / Polytechnic graduate in accountancy/ company secretaryship or related discipline
  • Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKCGI / CGI Associate Member)
  • Around 3 years’ solid experience in company secretarial field with 1-2 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
  • Good supervisory, communication and analytical skills
  • Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
