HR and Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system and filing system.

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including arranging interviews, preparing onboarding documents, tracking leave, and managing offboarding procedures

  • Handle benefits administration, such as obtaining insurance quotations and managing benefit enrollment

  • Prepare HR analytics reports (turnover, leave, headcount, etc.).

  • Assist in organizing staff development and engagement activities.

  • Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant labor regulations

  • Oversee general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies

  • Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, repair and etc.).

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR & admin experience.

  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and employment-related regulations in Hong Kong.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRIS is a plus.

  • Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
