Routing & Carrier Planning
Design routing solutions that help select optimal carrier and sailing options.
Build logic that evaluates schedules, transit times, service commitments, capacity constraints, customer requirements, and operational trade-offs.
Develop systems that respond intelligently to schedule changes, blank sailings, delays, congestion, and disruptions.
Improve visibility into allocation performance, carrier commitments, and routing effectiveness.
Decision Intelligence & Automation
Transform operational knowledge, SOPs, and planning rules into scalable software.
Build recommendation engines, automation capabilities, and decision-support tools.
Help operators focus on exceptions and judgment-intensive decisions rather than repetitive work.
Design systems that provide transparency, explainability, and trust in automated recommendations.
Data & System Challenges
Work with complex business entities and relationships.
Design scalable data models and operational workflows.
Build integrations with customers, carriers, vendors, and enterprise platforms.
Ensure systems remain responsive, reliable, observable, and maintainable as they grow.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with operations teams, business analysts, product owners, and customers.
Study how planning, booking, routing, allocation, scheduling, and exception management are performed.
Identify inefficiencies, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
Design Solutions
Translate operational challenges into software solutions.
Design clear business models, workflows, decision logic, and user experiences.
Simplify complexity while preserving business capability.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design activities.
Build Systems
Develop high-quality software across backend, frontend, integration, and data layers.
Build operational platforms, routing solutions, automation systems, and decision-support tools.
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, maintainable, and scalable.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
