Job Description

  • Perform receptionist duties such as handling enquiries and telephone calls, mail and courier and greeting visitors
  • Provide general office administrative work and clerical supports;
  • Arrange for the replenishment of pantry supplies
  • Advertise vacancies 
  • Monitor office cleaning and maintenance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. 


  • HKCEE/DSE graduate or above with one year working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese
  • Polite, mature, independent, responsible and strong communication skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
