Senior Marketing Executive

(Car Beauty Service | After-Sales Marketing | E-Commerce & Social Media | Sales-Driven)

About the Role

We are looking for an independent and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing for our car beauty services and after-sales business, with a strong focus on e‑commerce growth and social media performance. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and elevate our digital presence through effective campaigns and service promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow car beauty and after-sales service revenue.

• Create service promotions that increase bookings, upsell packages, and encourage repeat visits.

• Analyze customer insights, service trends, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

E-Commerce & Social Media Marketing

• Oversee e‑commerce platforms (website, online booking, digital promotions) to drive service conversion.

• Manage social media channels to increase engagement, awareness, and online service sales.

• Plan and execute digital advertising, KOL collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns.

Integrated Campaign Execution

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and in-store touchpoints.

• Work with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and content highlighting service quality and customer benefits.

• Track campaign performance and optimize ROI for lead generation and booking conversions.

CRM & Customer Retention

• Partner with the CRM team to design customer journeys, service reminders, nurturing flows, and loyalty programs.

• Use customer data to create targeted segments for repeat purchase, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns.

Service Experience & Events

• Plan in-store service promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement events.

• Support roadshows or demonstrations showcasing car beauty results and service expertise.

Partnership Development

• Support collaborations with car clubs, insurance partners, malls, property developers, and lifestyle brands to attract new customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in service, retail, or automotive.

• Proven experience in sales-driven marketing, e‑commerce, and social media campaigns.

• Highly independent, proactive, and strong in end-to-end project management.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
