Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize the large FF&E and OS&E procurement project for 5 star hotels
• Develop budget, suggest alternate sourcing, pricing, technical specification and review the shop drawings
• Control and manage the specification documents. Review and clarify the specification
• Issue tender & evaluate, prepare the recommendation report and manage the PO issuing process
• Track and report procurement status to client and related parties
• Co-ordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely, on budget delivery & installation
• Organize and manage the team and help to train the junior staff
• Visit factory and coordinate projects in Mainland and overseas

Requirements:

• Degree holder or relevant certificate in purchasing is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years’ project procurement experience in sizeable organization or hotel industry and experiences on overseas projects is a plus
• Strong knowledge in hospitality and interior design industries
• Excellent owner and hotels operations management communications skills
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Proactive, integrity, diligent, detail-oriented and well organized
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with good presentation skills
• Occasional travel is required
