What You'll Be Driving:

• Website Content & Video: Be a key player in our website revamp, focusing on developing, writing, and curating high-quality content and engaging video material. You'll work closely with vendors and our in-house designer to bring our digital storefront to life.

• Dynamic Event Support: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of a variety of online and offline events, from key exhibitions to webinars. Your efforts will help us connect with our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

• Digital Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives for our social media channels and new media platforms, ensuring our brand message resonates deeply and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on the end-to-end website revamp project, specifically focusing on content migration, creation, and optimization.

• Develop and write engaging website copy, articles, and other digital content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

• Coordinate and assist in the production of video content for the website and social media, from concept to post-production, working with external vendors and our designer.

• Manage the content calendar for website updates and new video releases.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of online and offline marketing events, handling logistics, promotions, and on-site support.

• Assist in managing social media channels and community engagement to grow our online presence.

• Liaise with external vendors (e.g., videographers, copywriters, event suppliers) and our in-house graphic and multimedia designer to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing assets.

• Conduct basic market research to inform content and event strategies.

• Monitor content and event performance, providing initial insights for optimization.

• Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Marketing Executive: 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in digital content creation, video production assistance, or event support. Fresh graduates with strong internships and a portfolio of relevant projects will also be considered.

• Assistant Marketing Manager: 2-4 years of progressive experience, with a proven track record in digital content management, video coordination, and event organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field. Your ability to craft clear and compelling messages is highly valued.

• Demonstrable understanding of content writing for digital platforms.

• Basic understanding of video production workflows and social media content best practices.

• Experience in supporting or coordinating events, both online and offline.

• Experience in liaising with external vendors or freelancers is a plus.

• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese are essential for our regional focus.

• Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, simple in-app editors) is a plus.
