As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage and optimise the full customer journey across multiple channels, and oversee all marketing activities within our CRM system.
You’ll create and manage data-driven campaigns, adapt quickly to market changes, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive actionable improvements. Your responsibilities include managing the marketing budget, supervising the Marketing Executive, and ensuring high-quality, up-to-date content across public platforms.
You will design and run multi-channel marketing campaigns—including partnerships, SEO, email, and elite events—to attract ultra-high-net-worth clients. You’ll also develop sales tools, create new funnels and support lead conversion efforts.
Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with the PR & Communications Manager to create high-conversion content, leverage media coverage, and maximise event impact. You’ll provide insights to inform campaigns and represent the company at events and meetings as required.

Total marketing experience: 5–8 years in B2C marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, luxury, or related lifestyle sectors.
