Role Description
To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we are expanding our Travel Advisor team.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by helping clients plan and book travel arrangements, creating itineraries, and suggesting travel ideas. Additionally, the Travel Advisor will communicate with clients to address their questions and concerns, handle bookings, assist with emergency travel needs, and build up a portfolio of repeat clients. We offer excellent opportunities to explore world class luxury experience first-hand to travel advisors dedicated to offer exceptional service to our loyal clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills

  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Previous experience working in the Travel Agency industry.

  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations and ability to create compelling itineraries.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or related field

  • Fluent in English and proficient in other languages, especially Mandarin, would be a plus.

  • Experience arranging corporate travel and/or organizing events is a plus.

  • Able to work independently on tailor made luxury travel itineraries.

  • We offer attractive package to suitable candidate, salary + + commissions.
