We invite applications for the following position in Hong Kong:
QA Officer

Job Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Quality & Safety Manager
• Monitor developments in legislation, equipment, training and other matters.
• Carry out Internal ISM, ISPS, MLC and Safety Audits of the company vessels.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct Risk Assessment and Issue Feedback.
• Ensure all crew are properly instructed in the company systems and routines.
• Assist in development of programs to enhance Company Safety Culture.
• Conduct drills as per regulatory requirements and to enhance preparedness of the Fleet.
• To conduct Management Review and MIS.
• Co-ordinate with other departments for Insurance/Claim matters.
• Liaise with Flag State and other regulatory authorities
• Preparation of Quality & Safety statistics and ensuing analysis

Job Requirements
• Sea going experience of minimum five years is a must, with a Chief Officer COC.
• Experience in the Quality & Safety department preferred
• Have a strong drive to improve standards and processes
• Ability to self-learn, multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook) and usage of AI.
• Good verbal and written skills in English
