What you'll be doing?
Lead and design process for complex features and modules, from initial research and discovery to high-fidelity prototyping and design hand-off.
Lead the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across multiple projects.
Set the standard for visual and UX quality within your projects, ensuring all deliverables meet accessibility standards and provide seamless user experience.
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, reviewing their work to ensure it aligns with best practices and project objectives.
Effectively communicate design rationale and research insights to clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and advocating for user needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve team workflows, design tools, and research methodolgies.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in design related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design and UX, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications.
A high-quality portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in UX/UI, complex problem-solving, and a clear, user-centric design process.
Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to Figma and Adobe Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user research and business data into actionable design improvements.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
