Cheung & Sons Holdings Limited is currently looking for a Manager in investment management & private credit as part of their 2025 plans for their asset management team based in Hong Kong headquarter with a focus on real estate direct investment & financing, agricultural and mining business.

Assisting the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with various external parties to seek for investment & financing opportunities in the target regions

• Preparing investment & credit proposals, financial models, comparable analysis, valuation model, sensitivity analysis for Senior Management’s approval

• Maintain oversight of portfolio performance to achieve performance targets and enable regular reporting as required

• Work closely with oversea teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Coordinate & monitor business activities and report to senior management

• Actively managing & monitoring existing investment portfolio & financing portfolio

• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, cost planning and controls and financial management

• Provide additional administrative support for the project as needed

• Liaise and coordinate with external parties to achieve business goals 

• Perform ad-hoc tasks, other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor

To qualify, candidates will possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines

• Preferably with 3-5 years solid experience in Big 4 accounting firm

• Strong financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis with an operational and strategic blend

• A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills

• Able to work independently and occasional travel is required

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

• Certified in AICPA/ ACCA/ HKICPA is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Investment Manager.
