Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of cleaning, security and maintenance works

• Handle enquiries of the customers

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related discipline

• 2 years' relevant working experience in property management

• Holder of valid Property Management License (Tier 2) will be advantage

• Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
