Senior Estate Officer

Chevalier Property Management Limited, provides management services for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping malls and carparks, with a total management area of over 32 million square feet.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the day-to-day property operation
  • Attend I.O. Meeting and/or Annual General Meeting
  • Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years' relevant experience in property management
  • Holder of valid Property Management License (Tier 2) is a must
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
